The most overlooked elections in the country
Yes, I'm talking about the battle for state supreme courts.
Hey there, it’s Julia!
If you’re receiving this, it’s because you’ve previously joined me in the fight to win crucial state & local races this year. I’m so glad to have you in this strategic community of activists!
Together, we’ve done amazing things such as raising $400,000 for pro-choice state legislative candidates and increasing the social media presence of DASS (the Democratic Association of Secretaries of States) by five-fold!
I’m reaching out to you today about another set of candidates that have received far less attention and support than they deserve.
I’m talking about the heroes running for state supreme court.
Why have the state supreme court races been so overlooked? One reason seems to be that there is no national organization on the Democratic side working to get good people elected or even to shine a light on these critical races. It has left donors and volunteers with an alarming lack of information on who to support in 2022 to help defend our fragile democracy.
That's why I'm so happy to be teaming up with Daily Kos to promote a slate of incredible state supreme court candidates, which you can donate to right here.
You can also see my announcement video below.

These races are critical, and our donations go much further in state supreme court campaigns which require a fraction of the budget that U.S. Senate and House campaigns do.
In 2022, Michigan, North Carolina and Ohio are the states where the court majority is up in the air and either Democrats or Republicans could come out on top. I don't need to tell you how important these states are in presidential elections. Republicans almost succeeded in stealing the 2020 election, and they've spent the last two years learning from their near-failure.
So please, if you haven't already, click here to donate $10, $100, or whatever you can give to elect Democrats to our supreme court candidate slate!
Fighting alongside you,
Julia
