Before I get into this week’s action, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for all that you’ve done to help win up and down the ballot. Election season is long and tiring. I’ve felt that too. But your hard work has been paying off.

We know Republicans are going to turn out in huge numbers for the midterms – that is always the case for the party out of power. The inspiring thing is that Democrats have the unique opportunity to win in spite of that – if we turn out in record numbers like in 2018 and 2020.

With that in mind, here’s the exciting action that I want to highlight for this week:

Get your friends to vote & raise money for abortion funds with Red Wine & Blue

Red Wine & Blue (RWB) recently rolled out an almost unbelievable campaign that both helps us leverage the most effective way to get-out-the-vote (talking to friends & family about voting) and gives direct donations to local abortion funds.

For every 10 friends you contact about voting, Red Wine & Blue will give $50 to women in critical need of access to abortion services (OR to you, to keep or donate to your favorite charity).

Talking to friends & family is 10X as effective as talking to strangers about voting, and all four target states (Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina) are critical up and down the ballot. Combined with the fact that RWB is donating up to $500,000 to abortion funds, this campaign is a complete win-win!
